We take pride in offering our customers good quality. If you are dissatisfied with any purchase made at our online store, we will be happy to refund or replace it with a product of the same value after verification.

It is the receiver’s responsibility to check the condition of any goods received, at the time of delivery.

Refund/Replace is only available when a valid original receipt is provided.

Refund will be credited into the Customer’s specified account within 4 weeks upon confirmation; or deducted the refund amount of your next order.

If you would like to claim a refund or return, please call our customer service hotline +852 5547 1854 within 7 days from the date of delivery.

We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return.

We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or gift, you must return them together to have the refund.

Otherwise, the original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.

If the products / goods purchased are damaged, we shall not be able to refund / return.

Collecting information on registered members.

Credit Card details are only stored for the processing of payment and will be deleted once payment is processed.
Ordering information
When you place an order with natura 360 you will be asked to provide details such as credit card number and shipping address. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of your order status. If we encounter a problem when processing your order, your personal information may be used to contact you. Your last order information may be stored to provide you a better and convenient service.
